During the DOA budget yesterday, there was talk of raising the PASSAR scores
to 50! It's ONLY IN THE DISCUSSION PHASE RIGHT NOW. But we need to
be on
top of this. We need folks who want to talk about their score and what it
would mean if they could not get services.
Representative Henry did a good job of asking to put language in there that
says if we don't raise revenue, here's what we'll have to do.
The DOA report will go to full Appropriations Committee on Wednesday.
I'll be in Topeka all afternoons through Thursday and all day Wednesday.
