SB 55 – Support the Governor’s Veto! – 4/26/2007

Hello everyone,

I know I contacted some of you earlier this week to work on specific legislators on SB 55 Veto, but as much as possible, we need a full out effort to contact Senate Members NOW to sustain the Governor’s Veto on SB 55.  This is the Anti Consumer bill.

It is time to light up the Senate lines of communication…phone, fax, email…let them know that their constituents support the Governor’s Veto that we can not Eliminate ANY consumer protections in Kansas.  We also need any Senators to stand strong against other legislation that may attempt this.

Kansas consumers deserve the full protection of the law!

Consumers deserve the full protection of the law regardless of whether they are buying goods and services from a physician or from any other professional, business, or industry.  Our Kansas consumer protection act is a common sense policy of honesty from which there should be no exceptions.  Kansas consumers and patients deserve better than CCR SB 55.  For the sake of all Kansans, we hope you will reaffirm your commitment to Kansas consumers by supporting the veto.
