Congratulations
to Kirk Lowrey, Jennifer Schwartz and all the parents and consumers who took
the time to fight the elimination of payment for incontinence supplies in the
allocations proposed by former Governor Graves.
After some great advocacy work on the part of Kirk and friends, SRS has agreed
to reinstate coverage for incontinence supplies beginning March 15, 2003.
For the three families who advocated with Kirk and Jennifer, they will receive
reimbursement for supplies immediately.
