Welcome to KACIL

The Kansas Association of Centers for Independent Living (KACIL), represents 12 Centers for Independent Living (CILs). Centers provide services to people with disabilities of all ages. Centers for Independent Living also provide assistance to businesses and all other entities in the community to assist them in offering services to people with disabilities. We advocate at a state and national level for the rights of all people with disabilities to live in the communities of their choice.

excel in advocacy and services ensuring that all Kansans with disabilities
have opportunities for independent living and enjoy their civil and human rights.

Vision Statement

The Kansas Association of Centers for Independent Living (KACIL) will facilitate collective work among member CILs
resulting in the strongest State association, driving change for people with disabilities.
